Centrally located near the Clérigos area, this studio is ideal for a getaway in Porto. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as malls, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines.

It is designed with open living, dining, kitchen and sleeping areas. The living space features a convertible sofa bed, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table for two, and floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a private and furnished balcony that is perfect for relaxing.

The adjacent sleeping area has a delightful double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some yummy homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guests will have access to the entire studio!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lively Clérigos is known for its namesake church, an ornate 1700s baroque structure whose iconic bell tower dominates Porto's skyline. Cozy restaurants and smart cafes cluster around Jardim de João Chagas park, the University of Porto's stately buildings, and the imposing Carmo Church with its neoclassical tiles. Upscale boutiques line Rua das Carmelitas, while Rua da Galeria de Paris is a hub for nightlife and bars.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Av.aliados, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 37-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
