The refundable 1000 EUR security deposit must be paid at latest 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the security deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. If no property damage occurs during the client’s stay, a release of the security deposit amount will be initiated 7 days after the client’s checkout. If you have booked the villa less than 60 days before the arrival, the deposit must be paid right away. Once you have confirmed your stay, you will receive further instructions on how to pay the security deposit.

The lovely covered outdoor dining room next to the pool is decorated like the old Istrian wine cellars, with a lot of original details and cozy armchairs. The main house is in fact a stone villa with beautiful blue windows, and the olive trees in the garden just add to the Mediterranean ambience. The house is equipped with top-notch appliances and the hidden gem of the house is definitely the wellness area with the fully equipped gym.
