LIVING AREA: air-conditioned entrance/living room with kitchen complete with oven, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and crockery, dining area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and TV.

ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: 5 bedrooms, 3 in the house and 2 in the annex. (1st double bedroom with ceiling fan, 2nd double bedroom with ceiling fan, 3rd double bedroom). Bathroom in the corridor complete with shower cubicle . On the back 2 air-conditioned outbuildings, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor respectively with single bed and double bed and private bathroom with shower cubicle.

FURTHER FEATURES: veranda equipped with outdoor furniture; on the back: shower with hot water and laundry room with washing machine, mosquito nets. Water supplied by Acquedotto Pugliese. Pets allowed on request. Wi-Fi, two parking spaces in the covered garage.
