We stayed here for our nieces wedding; we had 3 families with older kids and the space and lay out were perfect for us.

Great vacation home

We have a large party but this house still has enough room for everyone. House is a bit old but well maintained, and in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Owner is quite responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in staying at Cap cod area.

Spacious, light-filled home with plenty of room for family

We spent a week here - family with age range 19-89. There was plenty of room for all of us, both when we wanted to be together and when some of us wanted solitude. The large deck and amazing outdoor grill were much appreciated, as was the location. We walked to a small lake-front beach (you could also drive if the 15-minute walk seems too much), and it was just a short drive to the beach on Cotuit Bay. Although we didn't use it this way, the downstairs area could be a separate apartment, with its own bathroom and kitchenette. We had a wonderful time.
