OK Stay

The property was clean and as described. However, there was no wifi. The communication was poor. I tried multiple times before our stay to get a response. I ended up calling overseas to get our ID's question answered. Then on the day of our stay, I got a last minute call to provide the ID's again before the code for the keys was sent for the lock box.

It served the purpose for us, we arrived late to sleep to catch a flight. It is 10-15 mins away by car to Heathrow. Two bedroom, two bathroom and a sofa bed. It’s what we needed. The windows in this ground floor condo where not completely closed because of lacking of several blinds. Overall a regular place to stay for a night.

Good location

On the whole a clean, tidy basic property. We had travelled to visit Thorpe park so were only staying the one night. As 'larger' adults we found the small single beds a bit snug (worried that we may roll out 😄) but they were comfortable enough. They were ok for my daughter and her friend. The kitchen was very basic, it did lack in some items (tea towel, oven gloves, dish cloth, oven trays) but as we were only there the one night it wasn't a huge issue. Communication was very good and responses were prompt.

We had a hard time getting inside the building, It took 1 hour for the process to get in there. Inside is great. If you can make it easy to entrance into your apartment. I'll give you 5 stars.
