Welcoming open-space in urban chic style, tastefully furnished, located in a historical building recently renovated, a few steps away from Teatro Massimo and the archeological museum Salinas.

This wonderful open-space with city view is very bright and characterised by a particular attention to details. Stepping inside, guests will find a well-equipped kitchenette, fitted with a microwave and a coffee machine, and a dining table just in front of it. They will also enjoy a relaxing area with a single sofa bed and a balcony furnished with a small table and chairs. On the right, there is the sleeping area with a queen-sized bed, where a small staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with a desk and a chair bed. This is the perfect place to study, work or read a book. Available to guests there is also a comfortable bathroom, finely decorated and provided with shower. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning and heating complete the property.

Via Giacalone is three minutes away from Teatro Massimo, less than 10 minutes walking from Quattro Canti, the Cathedral of Palermo, the Arab-Norman path (part of the UNESCO heritage) and the historical market of Vucciria. Moreover, it is also close to Teatro dei Pupi, a unique Sicilian tradition that deserves to be experienced by our guests, and Via Maqueda, that together with via Ruggero VII and Via della Libertà, has been representing the main commercial avenue of the city for more than a century. Via Maqueda has been recently converted into a pedestrian area, and this has seen the increase in numbers of stores, bars and restaurants.

At 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the bus stop in Via Cavour, from where guests can reach both the airport and the central station.
