Come and discover this magnificent apartment , located right next to the hypercenter city of Reims , in a chic neighborhood.

5 minutes walk only from our beautiful Cathedral.

Totally renovated in 2022, you will enter a spacious, bright, warm space decorated with quality materials and objects.

Marble, oak, parquet, linen, cotton, noble materials will accompany you during your stay.

Very atypical, the apartment offers living rooms where it is good to relax.

On the ground floor:

On the Living Room side, you will find a real cocooning space with a large comfortable sofa and convertible (2 persons), a shelf with television, coffee tables and lamps with soft lights.

In the kitchen, all the equipment is provided to prepare delicious meals or simply have a coffee (Nespresso, kettle, oven, hotplates, microwave, toaster, pans, dishes, etc.).
Washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner on site.

On the first floor:

An office space has been fitted out with wifi, plugs, USB ports, comfortable chair and dedicated lamp.

On the bedroom side, a large double bed is available. Quality bedding and linen, functional dressing room.

On the bathroom side, a luxurious Italian shower and sink are at your disposal.

The toilets are separate.

Séjour topissime dans une très bel appartement, moderne, lumineux, bien agencé !

Parfait, rien à ajouter Le seul petit bémol concerne l’escalier qui est dangereux. Etroit de couleur blanche, il est impossible de distinguer les nez de marche (absence de contraste), notamment la nuit lorsque vous descendez aux toilettes Je sais qu’il existe des bandes antidérapantes, esthétiques et faciles à poser avant l’accident qui un jour arrivera.
