The Space:
The property is perfectly located within Manchester City Centres famous Gay Village; seated next to the Rochdale Canal, and benefitting from being just a stone’s throw away from some of the city’s best cafe’s, eateries, bars and clubs. Whether you are after a waterside pint on Canal Street, or a cosy takeaway night in, you can’t ask for more from what will be on your doorstep.
(Hint: we highly recommend a trip to ‘The Village Chip Shop’).
This comfortable, open plan townhouse is for those seeking a bit of luxury in their lives. Designed to perfection, we’ve chosen to highlight all the best bits of this spacious property. You’ll find yourself immersed in opulent furnishings and finishes throughout - featuring a combination of wooden panelled walls and custom cushioned wall features; draped in suede and leather, the plentiful bedrooms fall nothing short of tailored beauty.
All bedrooms are dressed to perfection and feature luxurious king size beds, custom wardrobe solutions and beautiful black out curtains that will aid you in your perfect nights sleep.
No expense has been spared when designing this property and we have thought of everything our guests might need. You’ll find the large, open plan kitchen to be kitted out to perfection, ready for anything from serving up one of Manchester’s many amazing takeaways, to preparing your own home-cooked meals from scratch. Whether you wish to serve and seat up at the large kitchen island bar, the bold and colourful dining area, or even cuddled up on our luxurious sofa, your dining experience will be one to enjoy.
The living space features a 55-inch Sky Glass television (fit with an entertainment package and all the streaming and smart services one could wish for) facing a super comfortable and stylish 8 seater modular sofa and sofa-bed. If you’d like the sofa bed to be made up for you prior to your stay, please advise one of our very helpful customer service team and they will get that prepared for you. This will open into a standard double bed and boosts your property sleeping capacity to 10.
Fitted to perfection, over in the bathrooms there will be no compromising on whether it’s a bath or shower type of evening… be prepared to wash away the day in style!

With exciting areas such as Manchesters China Town and Oxford Road just a short walk away, and surrounded by great transport links, the whole of the city centre is at your fingertips. Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. If you wish to use the vehicle garage, kindly note there is a height limit of 2.2m, 4.9m in length and 2.4m wide. If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area - details of how to access this can also be found in your Guest Pass.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchesters Gay Village. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.
If you wish to use the garage to park your vehicle, kindly note there is a height limit of 2.2m, 4.9m in length and 2.4m wide. Alternatively, there are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. There is also an NCP pay and display car park behind the development on Bloom Street, where is costs £27.95 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: NCP Manchester, Sackville Street, M1 3FY. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fees are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
