Upon entering the villa our guests are welcomed with a massive, beautiful garden with beautiful features, with path ways going directly to the massive pool area with BBQ, deckchairs and dining area.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would want to fix a wonderful meal. Equipped for short and long term rentals !
Bedrooms| 5 bedrooms which could easily host 12 guests.
Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms - Although we accept 12 guests and the home is equipped as such, there are 2 bathrooms only and a shower next to the pool area.
Small note: Pool is cleaned weekly.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
EXTRA NOTES:
Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
