An old renovated farmhouse on the north coast of the island houses two apartments, a studio flat on the ground floor with an equipped outdoor area and a two-room flat on the first floor. The house is a few minutes by car from the best known white pebble beaches: Sottobomba, Prunini, La Sorgente. The area is quiet and has all the services. The historic center of Portoferraio is 2 km away and offers pleasant opportunities for visits to the Medici fortresses, the Napoleonic residence Palazzina dei Mulini, the Linguella archaeological museum. Portoferraio is the ideal place to stay and from which to set off to discover the mining side on the east coast or towards the sandy beaches on the south coast.
The two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and has a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner stove, tall fridge and dining area, in the living area a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people. The room has a double bed, the bathroom with shower box. Outside, a shared green space with barbecue and an area equipped for eating and spending pleasant moments of relaxation.
