Cozy house with the forest as the nearest neighbor in Kallgårdsmåla Holmsjö, where you are close to both the lake and the coast. Here you can rest, hike and really enjoy nature while you only have 30 km to Karlskrona with its nice sea baths and wide range of culture, restaurants and shopping. The house has a lovely veranda with a nice dining area. The balcony at the back is completely secluded, here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the forest and the sunset. You have a terrace both with and without a roof where there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The house has an open floor plan with a large living room that accommodates both a dining area and a sofa in front of the stove (firewood included). There is a TV here with a selection of channels 1-12. In the kitchen there is an exit to the balcony. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160 cm, the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a WC, sink and shower. There are many lakes in the area, e.g. Allsjön with bathing jetty, small beach and clear water. In Karlskrona you can enjoy archipelago tours with Blekingetrafiken. Barnens Gård is usually popular with the younger ones. There is a grocery store in Rödeby, where there is also a swimming pool and an outdoor pool. Not allowed to charge electric cars. Pets are not welcome. 2 bicycles in existing condition are included when booking the accommodation.
