Villa Joel is in a great location, with the shops, bars and restaurants of Cala Blanca, as well as a couple of spectacular sandy beaches, all within 15 minutes' walk. Plus, the historic town of Ciutadella is around 15 minutes away by car. This charming 3 bedroom house has a private gated pool and a pleasant exterior dining area with a BBQ for enjoying fresh, homecooked meals. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the ground floor bedrooms, lounge and lower level hallway are included.

A pleasant 15 minute stroll from Villa Joel will bring you into the laid-back resort of Cala Blanca which has several shops and places to eat, offering good food and a warm welcome. The nearest beach - the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Santandria - is 10 minutes' walk away, but Cala Blanca's attractive beach can also be reached on foot. If you fancy a change of scenery, both Ciutadella and Calan Bosch Marina are within a short drive too.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
