Enjoy the view of snow capped Mt. San Jacinto from the comfort of this completely remodeled West facing Monterey CC end home on the golf course. Easy access to all including El Paseo shopping and excellent eateries. Motorized shades, plantation shutters, gas cooktop and oven, quartz kitchen countertops, wi-fi two flat screen TVs, two car garage and an enlarged patio all make this a luxury residence. Incredibly quiet dishwasher and disposal. Contemporary art and furnishings. Two bicycles provided. Swimming pool and heated spa across the street - close enough to use but far enough to not hear. Mountain views and sunsets! 10% discount for 2nd month and another 10% off for 3rd month and thereafter.
The property has a third room with a trundle bed of two extra long singles which is is available to accommodate additional guests at no added charge.

Great location in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Property is across from the pool which made it nice to travel back and forth. John was a great hostCommunication and check in was lovely; our family would love to stay here again thank you, John for opening up your home to us.

109 Juan Cr. Coachella Weekend 2 Stay

My partner, my sister, and two friends booked this VRBO for Coachella Weekend 2 and had a great stay. The property exceeded our expectations with the rooms being very spacious for the 5 of us and providing a lot of comfort to rest and relax each day. The house had pretty much anything you needed for an extended weekend retreat (e.g., plenty of towels, dishes, coffee machine), which made it all the more enjoyable. John was also very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay upon arrival. Lastly, getting into and out of the property with Uber/Lyft to/from nearest festival shuttle stop or really any main area around the city was quick and easy. I would without hesitation recommend this house to anyone looking to stay for a nice getaway and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay!

Our Family enjoyed 4-days stay at John's property. Location, accessibility, amenities and overall experience made our holiday gateway to Palm Desert very pleasant. House was very clean, exactly as described and pictured. Communication with John was a breeze. I would recommend this property and will keep in mind for future visits.
