In the foothills of the Taurus Mountains with views of Kalkan and the sea, this villa offers you a family home just a 15-minute car drive from Kalkan that allows you to escape to the countryside. Watch the sunrise and sunset as you sit on the top terrace with birdsong for company and immerse yourself in the calm of nature.

After going up 10 steps you reach the door to the villa, you enter into the open plan lounge - with a fireplace, kitchen and dining area.
Going down the stairs you will find the laundry room, games room with table football and table tennis.
There is one twin bedded bedroom, en-suite with entrance to the garden. Here is also the first double bedroom, en-suite with entrance to the garden.
Going up to the 1st floor you will find two further double bedrooms, both en-suite, the first of these two bedrooms has a large balcony that has amazing views to the pool and the mountains, whilst the second bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the rear and front of the villa.

Going up to the 2nd floor you will find the roof terrace that has amazing views, and table and chairs - perfect for that evening relax as you listen to the birds as the sunsets.

There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.
