Very nice apartment located in the emblematic “Els Pescadors” district of Roses (former fishing district).
It consists of a living-dining room, an independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all with double beds), a bathroom with shower, and a small terrace, ideal for taking breakfast or aperitif.
Renovated in March 2023, it has been tastefully decorated and equipped with quality furniture. It has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant holiday: reversible air conditioning in the living-dining room, Smart TV (in the living room), television in the master bedroom, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
Ideally located as it is right in front of the beach (just cross the road to go take a bath), next to the marina and the maritime promenade and a stone's throw from the town center where all the shops, bars and restaurants.
This accommodation is the perfect place for a holiday on the Costa Brava.
