This beachside condo is a perfect getaway with partial gulf views. Balcony provides a serene and relaxing setting to enjoy. Unwind and take in the beauty of the ocean right from the comfort of your accommodation. Located in a low-density complex, Harbor House. We are a 1st floor Unit and steps to the beach.

This centrally located condo is conveniently within walking distance to the Hangout, making it easy to access one of the popular attractions in the area. Pier 33 Convenience store is located right across the street.

This unit has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the beach! Come stay with us at SunnySide Up Rentals. We look forward to hosting you!

Please note the cleaning company only provides a starter pack for necessities. You will need to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

With the beach steps from your door and shops and restaurants just a breezy walk away, this condo is a true waterfront gem. Fresh seafood and beautiful views await at Bahama Bob’s Beach Side Cafe less than a mile away, and Pier 33 is a block closer with all of your grocery and beach rental needs. The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails offers a creative take on American fare, just 7 blocks from home, and Matt's is a must for those who love ice cream (1.5 miles away).

Parking is directly under our unit for two cars.

Please note, the unit is set up with a starter pack of supplies when you arrive. 1 toilet paper roll for each restroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods and 2 trash bags. You are to provide anything extra you may need.

Fun Time

Things were not within walking distance as specified.Also very small amount of toilet paper had to go buy some for the rest of our 5 night stay Wish we would have had more chairs for outside on patio TV in bedroom did not work at all Whenever I called owners they answered imediately!!!
