Welcome to our charming recent house of 70 m², fully equipped and ideally located to discover the wonders of the region!

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the comfort and modernity of our house. The living room is equipped with a chaise lounge sofa and a 37-inch flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction gas cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All the household appliances are new, guaranteeing you a pleasant and practical stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with shower and a sink, as well as a separate Wc. There is also a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a closet, offering optimal comfort. Upstairs, two other bedrooms await you, each with a 140 cm bed and storage space, for peaceful and restful nights.

Take full advantage of the outdoors on our 20 m² fenced terrace, not overlooked. Equipped with a picnic table, a parasol and a plancha, it is the perfect place for friendly meals with family or friends. You also have a private parking space attached to the house, which can accommodate up to two cars.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find a bakery, a kebab shop, a pizzeria and a caterer, ideal for your meals on the go. The Carrefour Market supermarket and the train station are a 10-minute walk away, while the large beach, the embankment and the pedestrian streets can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot. For your purchases, the Leclerc shopping center and other stores are just 5 minutes away by car.

To get to the main beach, a free shuttle runs every 10 minutes, with a stop just 5 minutes walk from the house. You can also reach the Vendée Globe in just 10 minutes on foot, to fully experience the excitement of this famous race around the world.
