Severn Swans House is in a quiet residential area in St. John's, Worcester. There is a convenient local Sainsbury's (only a 3 minute drive away), to get anything you need for a lovely time away. During the day explore the Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum or take a wander through town and check out all the great places that Worcester has to offer.


Entrance/Accessibility:

This property has its own private entrance with a car parking space for 2 cars on the driveway. The property is split over 2 floors, with all bedrooms on the first floor.


Kitchen Area

All of our kitchens come equipped with: an oven with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, cutlery, coking utensils, pots and pans, tea towel, sponge, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar. This spacious property has a dining table, off the kitchen perfect for evening dining and entertaining!


Living Area
The living area is split into 2, with one section hosting sofas ready for TV entertainment and the other with comfy gaming chairs for the younger crowd!


Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms in this property. The master bedroom hosts a double bed and space to hang and fold away clothes. Additionally, there are a further 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a bunk bed sleeping 2.


Bathrooms

There is 1 bathroom at this property and comes with fresh towels, hand soap, and toilet roll.

- Unfortunately we are unable to allow pets in any of our properties, we will also require a security deposit and photographic identification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
