A large and beautiful garden with a private pool (7 x 3 meters), where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
Just 9 minutes by car you can enjoy the beaches of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu.
The house has hammocks, sun loungers, pool games, a large gallery with garden furniture and an outdoor shower, to enjoy and rest in the beautiful interior garden, totally private.
From the garden there is access to the garage with capacity for a medium car. A bathroom is located outside the house for the convenience of guests.
The house consists of two floors, a garden and a private pool. It is very bright, and in the photos you can see how the sun enters through the windows of each room.On the ground floor is the dining room, the fully equipped independent kitchen, and an en-suite bedroom.On the first floor, a spacious and bright bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and one single with access to a large upper terrace and views of the garden.
You will be able to enjoy 3 excellent bicycles located in the property's garage to explore the paths of the area.
The house does not have air conditioning but there are fans in each room.
