- 1 room with double bed (2 people), built-in wardrobe.- 1 Room with two single beds of 90cm (2 people) and wardrobe.
- Kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all living utensils.

The apartment is located 200 meters from La Pineda beach, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for families, they have the Aquopolis water park 500 mtr away, Port Aventura 10 min by bus, entertainment and restaurants at street level.

1º.We are available for any questions so that you have a pleasant stay.
2º.The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels (towels 4E pax optional).
3º. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 to 20:00)
Entry time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am
4º. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6º.It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation, since there are specific terminals, so it will depend on its availability.
8th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
9th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
