London is constantly developing, therefore some building works on the street can occur from time to time, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm.

The apartment is situated in a distinctive mews location, a quiet, away from it all residential road with an English village look and feel. The mews is situated on the south western tip of Battersea Park, a huge green open space on the south bank of the River Thames. The park’s features include a boating lake, children’s zoo and a truly picturesque view of London from the riverside path. But it’s not the only big park that’s nearby. A little further to the north is the premium residential area of Chelsea and the iconic Kings Road. Famous ever since the swinging Sixties for being one of the most fashionable areas of the capital. You’ll discover that it’s lost none of its style or charisma since. Take in the numerous bars, boutiques and cafes that line the road that leads you into plush Sloane Square and beyond to the shops and transport hub at Victoria. Also nearby is London’s museum district featuring The Science Museum, The V&A and The National History Museum.

The apartment is well served by London buses that will whisk you over Battersea Bridge into Chelsea and the iconic King’s Road. Cross Albert Bridge and you’ll reach a pick-up point served by boats that travel along the Thames to central London, the city and Greenwich.

Battersea Park train station is close to the apartment too, and it’s just one stop from the main train terminus at London Victoria, from where you can catch tubes on the London Underground, buses to all areas of London including Oxford Street, Knightsbridge (for Harrods) and Paddington, as well as coaches to various destinations across England, including Oxford and places further north. Also a walkable distance from the apartment is Clapham Junction, a huge railway hub from where you can catch trains to the south coast of England, Gatwick Airport and other parts of London.

We provide our guests with a "home away from home" experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £250 if any of our house rules are broken.

Host profile image
I am a legal professional, with a number of international real estate projects. My general approach is professional, attentive and detailed. I strive to be efficient towards the goal of contributing best value. My heart is invested in real charity. I co-run charitable endeavours in emerging countries that seek to build schools and hospitals, as well provide widows and orphans with vocational skills. I give consultative pro bono advice to London community libraries and the unrepresented. I channel my love of sport to run, cycle and row for MacMillan and St Luke's hospice. I believe best value is defined by empathy. I believe it is defined by serving the expressed need and preferences of the individual. My residential homes within the City of London are warmly and synonymously described “beautiful” and “comfortable,” a “home away from home” by most guests. You can be assured my attention to detail guarantees all photos are accurately represented. You will be able to see the modern and clean-cut features for yourself. The central location of my homes assures your easy assimilation into all things culturally distinctive to London. You won’t miss a heartbeat; unless of course you are purely focussed on business or have become lost in love with the interior decor! My team and I are culturally diverse; speaking over 7 languages. We will be sensitive to your particular style. My apartments are optimised for corporate, family and individual stays. We do look forward to serving you.
