This 92m2 house is in a family-friendly neighbourhood and can easily fit a family of four. It also has a lovely 130m2 garden to enjoy the fresh air.
The airy living area has a sitting area, a TV and a dining area to dine with loved ones. It has direct access to the garden, furnished with sunbeds and a small barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in an ideal spot for exploring the region, this location offers plenty of attractions, restaurants and bars. Visit Ponta da Calheta for breathtaking ocean views and Casa de Cristóvão Colombo to glimpse the famous explorer's life. Miradouro das Lombas is a great place for taking in stunning natural surroundings, and Pedras Pretas is an excellent spot for those looking for an adventure. After sightseeing, check out some of the area's delicious restaurants and bars. Pé na Água Restaurant and Beach Bar offer delicious seafood, and Casa d'Avó has some of the best Portuguese dishes. For a laid-back experience, visit Porto Santo Beach Club for drinks and great music.

Porto Santo Airport is a 6-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
