This contemporary apartment for 4 people, in the heart of the charming resort of Alassio, offers an ideal holiday base. Just 50 meters from the beach, and few meters from the famous “Budello” quarter, the apartment is extremely convenient and in the centre of the action.

The building is in a courtyard, and the apartment is on the first floor. It consists of an open-plan living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. Through an open doorway, the adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Location
Alassio is a popular resort on the Riviera di Ponente. It is known for its beautiful beaches, and the town has a lot to offer. The area called “Budello” is a charming pedestrian street, full of interesting shops and cafés for you to explore. The town’s Art Nouveau architecture and villas are a feast for the eyes. The gardens of the Villa della Pergola are worth a visit, as is the Muretto di Alassio which is tiled with the signatures of many famous visitors, including Ernest Hemingway and Jean Cocteau.

For self-catering the weekly market (Saturday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within easy reach.

The closest airport is Genoa airport, a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment.
