The Cartlodge is built as a luxury holiday home which is both light and spacious, offering high vaulted ceilings in the farmhouse kitchen and open plan living space. Sleeping six in two King-size and one Double bedroom, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the two further double bedrooms share a family bathroom. Situated directly in fifteen-acres of private parkland this property ensures wonderful South-facing views of the Dedham Vale from all windows. Step out onto the patio where there is garden furniture available and a barbecue, so you can fully enjoy the outside space and revive both body and soul. This retreat is ideal for the less mobile as it is all on one level.

All Ground Floor Accommodation:

Farmhouse style kitchen with range style cooker, large fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Dining area
Dining area with table and seating for six.
Sitting room
Comfortable sitting area for six guest, Smart television with Wi-Fi and french doors opening out onto the terrace and private parkland. Please note there are steps from the kitchen/dining area in to the sitting area.
Family bathroom
With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
Master Bedroom
A large bedroom with king-size bed and pretty views of the surrounding countryside,
En-suite bathroom
With a bath and shower over, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom two
With a king-size bed, plenty of storage and hanging space.
Bedroom three
With a King size bed, plenty of storage and hanging space. This bed can be split into two 3' single beds on request.

Access to 15 acres of private parkland.
Garden furniture includes tables, chairs and charcoal barbecue.
There is ample parking in front of The Cartlodge for three cars.
