This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, two large sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

Step out onto the expansive balcony from the living room, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the open and spacious feel of this large balcony that extends from the living room all the way to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Explore the heart of Almada, Portugal, at Rua Ary Dos Santos. This exciting area is full of attractions and activities to keep you entertained. Check out Park Paz, Urban's Parque Pragal, or the City Museum - Almada to get a taste of the culture and history of the city. Or, venture further afield and take the Pragal station, only 2.7 km away. And to refuel, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, such as Tia Bé, Casa da Pizza - Romeira, and Casa da Pizza - Feijó. Enjoy all that Almada offers when you visit Rua Ary, Dos Santos!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Pragal, is just a 20-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

The property is 10 minutes from the beaches of Costa da Caparica, less than 10 minutes from Cristo Rei, and 5 min away from the shopping centre: ALMADA FORUM are 15 min away from the shopping centre: RIO SUL are 20 min away from the airport. The autobuses are under the building that takes us to the Almada FORUM shopping centre and the beaches. We have the streetcar, 9 minutes walk that brings us to Cacilhas to take the boat that can take us to Lisbon.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
