Well located and decorated, recently renovated with good potential

Overall the property was a pleasant stay. Lovely and light with tasteful decor. A couple of points: -the payment process was handled over the phone rather than just through the booking platform. -on arrival some housekeeping issues, dirty linens and personal items from previous guests, and no loo roll. Floors and surfaces weren’t well cleaned. -the booking stated there was a dish washer and the wasnt. When the property manger was contacted about a leaking sink, the customer service wasn’t great over the phone (I was sworn at out of their frustration with the issue) however it was fixed promptly. It has been recently renovated and I think has potential to be a better stay with a little more attention to detail.
