Inside, you will find a spacious and comfortable living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas, and a dining area complete with an inglenook fireplace, wood burning stove and table. The living room also has a wood burning stove and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comfort of your own home. There are three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, a super kingsize zip and link bed and a single bed, making it ideal for up to five guests. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature comfortable beds and storage space and all have beautiful views to the surrounding hills. Outside, there is a lovely patio/garden area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the stunning views. The holiday let has access to a private guest garden area and an adjacent field, which is a great place to relax and unwind and exercise the dogs.
Ruthin is a charming town with plenty to see and do, including local pubs and restaurants, and a beautiful church. There are plentiful scenic walks attracting walkers and cyclists exploring the designated area of Area of Natural Beauty (AONB). The pretty town of Llangollen is a short drive away and has a wealth of independent shops and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site along miles of canal and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct where you can ride a steam railway or glide along the canal on a horse-drawn boat. Derwen Deg Fawr is also a great base for exploring the wider area, with attractions such as Snowdonia National Park, castles and beaches along the coastline, National Trust properties including world renowned Bodnant Gardens plus the stunning medieval walled city of Chester all less than an hours drive away.
