The Tetuán neighbourhood is one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Madrid, and it is a mix between an international popular area where you can find a lot of shops, international restaurants and very commercial avenues and also the main financial area of the city: the business areas of Calle Orense, Cuzco, Plaza Castilla and Nuevos Ministerios are also part of it. You can enjoy good transport communication with the rest of the city.

Getting Around:
Located very close to the financial center of the city, in a neighborhood with a wide variety of shops, services and restaurants with food from all over the world. A 10-minute walk from Plaza de Cuzco and Avenida de la Castellana, a 15-minute walk from Plaza Castilla, the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and Nuevos Ministerios, the financial center of the city. Metro next to the apartment, Tetuán station, with Line 1 direct to the city center and Atocha station.
