An old villa surrounded by a large olive grove, with outdoor spaces and free parking, it is ideal for a relaxing and at the same time dynamic stay, as it is a short distance from Nardò and the marinas, at the crossroads between Porto Cesareo, Santa Caterina and the highway to Gallipoli. It consists of two rooms to sleep 6 with high vaulted ceilings, mosquito nets and air conditioning, a large central living room with a barrel vault from which there is access to a private outdoor area with roses and citrus plants, a large portico with a wooden roof, garden furniture and barbecue.
