Large outdoor space with magnificent sea views, different environments, large private pool, large porch (80 m²) equipped with kitchen, outdoor dining room, to enjoy meals with the family, electric iron, outdoor furniture and relax area with sun loungers.
4 rooms: 2 beds x 1.50 cm, 1 x 1.40 cm and 1 bunk bed (2 x 1.60).
Large dining room with access to the terrace, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower.
Air conditioning (split system) in the dining-living room, covered parking.
House located in l'Escala, fishing village of the Costa Brava, you can discover the old town, San Martín de Ampurias, the ruins of Ampurias or its beaches and coves, where you can spend a good holiday.
Groups under 25 are not accepted.
