This is a peaceful oasis in the middle of vibrant Kallio area. Tram stop situates in front of the apartment (nr 9 tram). You will have comfortable beds to sleep for as many as 6 persons. 4 person bedding is located in the bedroom. Apartment has modern appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine. If you should need parking, please ask its availability before confirming reservation. No partys allowed.
1. Please leave outside shoes always at the entrance. This way we can keep the apartment carpets tip top condition for our guests to enjoy.
2. No noise, loud music or partys are allowed.
3. Smoking in forbidden in the apartment.
4. Enjoy your stay to the fullest. Everything you can find in the kitchen or in the bathroom are for your use. If any questions should arise, please do not hesitate to ask your host. We are there for you.
5. To use the dishwasher or washing machine, please remember to open up the faucet in the tap (then you will hear water running...). After using, please close the faucet. Same thing goes with the washing machine.

Heart of Helsinki

We loved the apartment. It’s a old building which added to atmosphere we were looking for. Clean and big bedroom. The grocery store is a block away subway and tram system around the corner. Very easy to get around the city. Cella’s restaurant is by grocery store and they have the best food and nice decor!! We would stay here again!! Thanks VRBO
