Villa Mercedes

Villa Mercedes is located in the municipality of Tomiño (Pontevedra), between Tui and A Guarda and a short distance from Baiona and Praia América. The area is known for its tranquillity and ambience. It is also ideal for discovering all the tourist attractions in the south of Pontevedra and the north of Portugal.
It is a strategic point for visiting the Rias Baixas, Pontevedra, Santiago and Porto, all linked by an excellent network of motorways for a quick return to the tranquillity of Villa Mercedes. Albariño wine is also grown in this area thanks to the large amount of vineyards that are cultivated here, so you can visit many wineries in the area.

The property has 4000 m² and the house is divided into two floors of 170 m² each. On the main floor there is a spacious living-dining room connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an island. In addition, there are four of the six bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms. Finally, there is a terrace ideal for dining and relaxing moments with views over the estate and some of the mountains of Portugal. The garden level consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the laundry room.

The entrance gate is automatic and leads to a large parking space. The front garden offers a wide range of different plants and trees which can be seen from the front porch. Outside there is a barbecue and relaxation area, where you can enjoy Galician gastronomy.
