Set in several acres in the tranquil region of Deux Sevres, the La Chataigneraie Estate is named after the beautiful chestnut tree on the main lawn. The airy 1920s farmhouse has been lovingly renovated in 2022/23 with a new kitchen and converted barn. Deceptively spacious, the house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 including a large 'kids' room with 4 singles and play space. With open plan downstairs, large kitchen island, TV, pool table room and vaulted barn, this place provides a rustic, restful and magical holiday home.
