About this property

Our cozy apartment is an oasis of relaxation. Ideal for couples or families who want to combine a lazy holiday by the pool with the discovery of the beauty of the surroundings. It is located on a hill, where there is always a very pleasant climate, but it is only 10 minutes from the lake where you can go for water sports or relaxing walks or exciting scenes on the shore. We will do everything to give you the right advice to spend a super holiday!

Our apartment is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, and has a living room with kitchen (with sofa bed), a corridor, double bedroom with large wardrobe, bathroom with tub which can also be used as a shower.
The outdoor area, the one most used in summer, includes a porch with barbecue and a small garden where you can relax and children can play.

The style of the furnishings is contemporary and informal, and we focus a lot on the cleanliness of the spaces and the quality of the linen provided.

The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
We have Wifi and a smart TV, washing machine, microwave etc. etc.

The swimming pool is wonderful, which is never crowded even in summer.
We also offer a large garage.

The car is essential to be able to move around the area
