Welcome to our lovely 50 sqm flat located on the third floor without lift in a side alley of Via Cairoli, in the heart of the city of Genoa. The flat consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe and a second small bedroom with a bunk bed.

The flat has been carefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to its central location, you can easily walk to Genoa's main tourist attractions, such as the Porto Antico with the Aquarium, the Bigo and the Biosphere, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Piazza De Ferrari and much more.

Located in a characteristic and lively neighbourhood, you can discover the true soul of Genoa by strolling through the narrow streets and colourful alleys, breathing in the unique atmosphere of the city.

Essential services, including towels, bed linen, initial and final cleaning, and heating are included in the rate. However, please note that there is no air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom.

The 50 sq. m. flat consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave, refrigerator and dining table, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed. It is located on the third floor without lift of a building at 7 Via Piombo.
The accommodation is equipped with heating, television and internet access. Towels, bed linen and initial and final cleaning are included in the price. There is no air conditioning.
