This first-floor modern conversion, in a traditional farmhouse, set in some of the most beautiful countryside in Europe, offers an ideal retreat, balancing relaxation with a wide variety of activities in the local area.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. The light-filled living area has a large glass door leading out onto the balcony with views over the surrounding countryside. Back inside there is a contemporary sofa, flatscreen TV, a dining table and chairs, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Outside the house, there is a large, covered, shared terrace, with various seating and dining areas and a BBQ. The extensive shared garden includes a heated swimming pool, with a counter-current swimming feature. The pool is surrounded by wooden decking and sunloungers for guests to relax. There is also a children’s playground.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a comfortable, wooden, double bed, with shelves and wardrobe and a glass door out onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: Another bright room with 3 single beds and extensive wardrobes and shelving.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

This homestead is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the town of Luce, providing guests with an excellent starting point to explore the many attractions of the region. Luce is famous for its cuisine and picturesque countryside, offering numerous hiking and mountain biking trails through forests and alpine meadows. In the summer adventurous visitors can take part in thrilling activities such as kayaking, canoeing, canyoning, and rappelling. In the winter the ski slopes are just 900m away. For those seeking something less strenuous, the captivating Snow Cave at Koca na Loki is just a 35-minute drive.

Ljubljana, is within easy reach, located just an hour\'s drive away from the homestead. A visit to Ljubljana makes a memorable day trip.
