Located between Bath and Bristol, this is the perfect location for exploring. Just 5 minutes from J18 of the M4 makes this the perfect base to explore the best cities in the South West or the beautiful villages of the Cotswolds. Yate and Chipping Sodbury with all the amenities imaginable is only an 8 minute drive away.

The annex is self contained on the grounds of the owners property. The property is all on one level and has the added feature of a guest lock box for self check ins.
Other things to note
The property is situated in the most amazing landscape but for guests enjoying the space please stay within the buildings boundaries. The annex comes with its own drive way and parking for 2 cars and has a sunken patio to the rear to enjoy the outside with lovely views. Please don't explore the grounds or the lake as these are part of the neighbouring property.
