The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with double bed and 2 twin bedrooms with 2 single beds, with a total capacity for 6 people. It has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with shower. The independent induction kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchen utensils and cutlery.

The well-kept and charming garden has a private swimming pool, elegantly and beautifully designed, and all the necessary terrace furniture to spend comfortable and relaxing moments outside in the summer, both in the sun and in the shade. There is also a traditional barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals and dinners with family and friends.

The property has a fluent access to internet (Wifi), heat pump heating and air conditioning. It also contains a private outdoor parking area, with enough space for rental cars to park in.
