Three bedrooms, 2 washrooms and two kitchens. Beach front property in a modern resort like complex just steps from the beach. The interior of the home is two levels, a total of 120 square meters (1291 sq ft). A decent size garden with an outdoor dining table for outdoor dinners and two patio areas for guests to lounge are all private for guests. Beautifully landscaped gardens and a huge swimming pool. A stream runs throughout gardens and palm trees. Parking is available free of charge.
Bedroom 1 has a new queen size mattress and a designer wall with "cubbies" gives a distinct island aesthetic feel. At night you can hear the ocean and let the waves of the mediterranean lull you to sleep.
The washroom is efficient hotel style with Greek marble and equipped with shower and tub. The patio walking out from the living room area has ample outdoor seating where you can enjoy the breeze and the ocean view.
Lower level
Bedroom 2, has a wall along with all furniture painted turquoise, making it insta and pinterest worthy! There is also a "cubby" wall similar to the upper bedroom that lights up. There is a table perfect for working with your laptop in front of a window that overlooks the garden and Palms of the resort. The bed is queen size and very comfortable.
Bedroom 3 is the largest Bedroom with custom King bed. The bedroom has a private balcony with outdoor couches and plenty of plants.
The kitchen area is separated with a custom closet wall made of dark wood which give the room a dramatic effect.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, upper and lower patios, private garden with dining area, as well as the communal areas, gardens, and pool at the heart of the resort, as well as the adjoining beach.
Please note that some of the local shops and restaurants are closed until the 1st of May but after that everything is open and guests have many options. Also we are informing our clients before arrival it’s always best to have a car to explore the island, but if you are just interested in a relaxing beachfront vacation it’s not necessarily needed.
