Villa Las Coníferas consists of a main house and a guest house, both modern, functional and of high quality, totalling a surface area of 300m2, plus covered parking, and are configured as follows:
MAIN HOUSE (MAIN FLOOR)
* Kitchen: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. It has a large worktop with 2 ceramic hobs, including 4 cooking zones. Among the existing equipment we find oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. It is worth mentioning that all the electrical appliances are of high quality and in perfect working order, not a single detail is missing. On the other hand, it enjoys beautiful views of the garden.
* Living room: large room with a 3-seater sofa, 2 individual puff seats and a central seat for 2 people. You can enjoy a relaxing time watching the 55-inch Samsung Curve TV or reading a book in our relaxing armchair overlooking the pool and garden. It has A/C and a fireplace, as well as direct access to the terrace.
* Bedroom A: is the main bedroom of the villa and has a double bed, Samsung Curve TV, A/C, radiator, automatic blinds and a relaxing armchair where you can enjoy a pleasant rest while watching the views of the pool. There is a desk/work table, a mini kitchen with fridge, sink, kettle and cutlery. For clothes storage there is a large 12 door walk-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, washbasin, mirror, whirlpool bath and shower.
* Bedroom B: spacious bedroom overlooking the garden with a double bed, TV, A/C, radiator and a large dressing room with 5 doors. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, washbasin, WC and shower.
* Hall/Distributor: room that we find when entering the house, decorated with several modern sculptures and that distributes us to the 4 rooms that we have on the main floor.
MAIN HOUSE (BASEMENT)
* Bedroom C: spacious bedroom overlooking the garden with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, radiator and several wardrobes for the organization of clothes. Additionally there is a small living room with TV, sofa and a mini kitchen with fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle and cutlery. En suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, washbasin, WC and shower.
* Toilet: just downstairs there is a shower room with WC and washbasin.
GUEST HOUSE
* Dining room: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. It has a beautiful worktop with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. It should be noted that all the appliances are of high quality and in perfect working order. This space is combined with a relaxation area with TV, 2-seater sofa, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
* Bedroom D: a spacious room with double bed, TV and desk, with access to a beautiful and functional sauna with en-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, washbasin, toilet and shower.
* Gym with sports machines, weights and mats, TV and a/c, and direct access to the garden.
* Bedroom E: has a double bed, TV, ceiling fan and radiator. For clothes storage there is a dressing room with 2 doors. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, washbasin, mirror and shower.
* Toilet: a shower room with WC and washbasin.
INDEPENDENT APARTMENT
* There is the possibility of setting up a small independent flat with an additional bedroom.
EXTERIOR
* We have a huge garden that surrounds the whole house and that allows views of the mountains and part of the coast of Benalmádena. It has several relaxation areas within the terrace.
* Swimming pool and barbecue area.
* Clients should be aware that the maintenance boy comes by daily from Monday to Friday for garden and pool maintenance.
* There are 6 sun loungers by the pool and a large table for 10 people if you wish to eat outside.
PARKING
* The property has 3 private parking spaces located at the entrance of the villa.
There is WIFI connection available throughout the property, as well as centralised air conditioning and private locks in all rooms.
This is a luxury property of the highest standing, a pleasure for all the senses and will delight anyone who wishes to stay there for a few days.
