The house is particularly suitable for family parties, large groups, courses, camp school and other guests who want to meet under optimal conditions with plenty of space and good accommodation. The ground floor is furnished with a hall, from which there is access to the large activity / party hall with dining area for 60 people as well as many activities such as. billiards, table football and air hockey. It is possible to turn the billiard table into a large buffet. There is also a large flat-screen TV and stereo. In front of the building there is a large, partially covered terrace with 2 ball grills. The terrace faces the parking lot, where you can enjoy the view of the people's bustle. The building is located on the outskirts of the city with a hardware store, gas station and shopping opportunities in the same area.
