Here in this house by Binderup Strand you can enjoy the lovely view of the Little Belt. The cottage is furnished with three separate bedrooms and a nice and spacious kitchen / living room, which is very bright via the large windows to the south. From the kitchen / family room there is direct access to the large south / west facing wooden terrace. From the living room you also have the most beautiful view of the Little Belt. The house is furnished with a large bathroom with underfloor heating. With a heat pump, dishwasher and washing machine, all technical necessities have been thought of. Approx. 100 meters from the cottage there is a petanque court and football goal, just as there are several playgrounds in Binderup. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
