Well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool and various activities that contains everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. No letting to youth groups. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping quarters. Each department has one bathroom plus an extra bathroom in the pool area. A total of 4 bathrooms, all have heated floors. All 8 bedrooms and two mezzanines have box-mattresses. The house has an impressive pool area, which contains both large swimming pool, water slide, large, built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and a wood-burning stove. There are a total of 4 flat-screen TVs and PlayStation2 with games. There is air to water heat pump On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room with 2 freezer/fridge and 2 cooker with ceramic hobs you come into the activity room with a flat-screen TV and music system where you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the great pool table, table tennis and table football. On the spacious plot that surround the house, there are swings and a sandbox. Large, open sun deck and a covered. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 4 children. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
