The house has a wood burning stove and bright and open kitchen with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Nice large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Washer and dryer available. In the living room there is a stereo with CD player and TV. Covered and open terrace with the possibility of barbecue and coziness in the beautiful sunny hours. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.
