Well-appointed cottage in cozy but also modern style located approx. 400 m from child-friendly bathing / sandy beach and close to Ålbæk town. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms, open kitchen to dining area and living room with wood stove. The house contains all the facilities needed for both the short but also long holiday. There is a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Of course also TV and internet. From the living room there is access to a nice covered, south-facing terrace and fenced plot where both dog and children can frolic. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
