The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

Elegant, comfortable, spacious: its strong point are the 3 balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape (from the lake to the mountain) and the comfortable space, ideal for a family of 4 to 8 people. At the entrance of the apartment you will be greeted by the living room / kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher, a comfortable table with chairs, satellite TV and a sofa. The room is very bright; a large French door will allow you to go out from the balcony (5sqm) and admire the panorama full of olive trees and peaks. In the background an evocative image of Osvaldo on Cima Pozzette (older brother of Carolina and Pietro). The passion for the winter mountains characterizes the members of the Monaci family. You can choose whether to sleep in the bedroom located in front. A French door will allow you to access the balcony (5sqm) with a partial view of the lake and the historic center; in the morning it will be very suggestive to observe the sunrise. If you want a view of the hills or of Monte Baldo, you can choose the bedroom located behind. Here, too, a large French window illuminates the room a lot and will allow you to access the balcony (5sqm); here you can enjoy the sun from afternoon to evening. The rooms are equipped with double bed (or two beds), bunk bed (or single) and safe. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, a comfortable wardrobe and a hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay longer than 8 days the towels will be changed.
