It is an open space of 46 m2, designed as a modern industrial loft. It is decorated with great care to preserve the industrial concept. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay, so that you do not miss anything.
You can make use of the facilities offered by the building. On the fourth (4) floor you will find on one side an open crossfit type gym, an orchard from which you can take whatever you need and a Yoga area. On the other side you will find an open-air cinema, a coworking space, a meeting room, a play station room and a bbq area. These spaces must be reserved in advance for your enjoyment. On the ninth (9) floor you will find a jacuzzi and a gazebo to enjoy the sunsets with the best view of the city.

Amazing location - 5 star host - bilingual, Spanish English.

Manuel, it’s a Super Host … goes out of his way to make sure that you will have an amazing time in walking distance to Restaurants, Parks Bars etc. Manuel can recommend you to eat depending on what you like to eat. He has a really high understanding of gastronomy in the local area and cali in general. My wife and my 10-year-old son had an amazing time due to his guidance. Thank you, Manuel till next time. 🙏
