This one bedroom ground floor maisonette sits within a private house of only 2 apartments. You have private access to a gate into your own private sun-trap of a garden which leads to the front door of the maisonette.
Inside you have a recently updated galley kitchen overlooking the garden. This is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal at home. The bathroom which has a toilet and a shower also benefits from having a washing machine for your use. The lounge has a tv, a dining table to seat 4, a double sofa bed and another sofa (if you require the sofa bed linen please book for 3 people). The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and plenty of room to hang your going out gear. The property has wifi. If bringing young ones we provide a baby travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath.

The house is only a 2 mins walk from the seafront, a 10 mins flat walk from all the major attractions including Brighton pier, the palace, the museum, the shops and much more. Buses to other attractions are 10 mins away and the train station is 25 mins walk away.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and very near where our Granddaughter was in student accommodation.it had everything you could want with an incredibly comfortable bed. The central heating was very efficient therefore the apartment was lovely and warm. The location was great for the beach and The Lanes.

Excellent Short Break
The apartment is well-situated for perhaps the most interesting part of Brighton, including the Lanes. It would suit a couple, as long as they have a small to medium car (as a larger car wouldn't fit into the parking place) and they don't mind music and chatter from the nearby pub, but hey this is lively Brighton. The apartment is small, but well-loved and feels welcoming. Great eating places nearby.

Gorgeous and private one bedroom maisonette in the heart of Kemptown village within Central Brighton. Featuring sole use of a private sun-trap of a garden with sun loungers (to enjoy breakfast with the birds/ a few pre-going-out drinks/ dinner al fresco) as well as a guaranteed free off-street parking space (for a small to medium sized car). You have the sole use of the whole apartment including bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower & garden. The seafront is at one end of the road & shops, bars and restaurants at the other end of the road.

As your hosts we are on hand if you need anything at any time and otherwise we'll leave you to your own devices to have fun. We run a fitness studio 15mins walk away and we love Brighton to bits. We want to help you to enjoy your stay as much as possible so have a created a book which is left at the property that takes you through all the major tourist sights and some hidden gems as well to make sure this is a break to remember.
