Adršpach rocks: cozy holiday cottage in a small, quiet and peaceful valley between forests and meadows (semi-solitude) with sauna, WIFI internet, hot tub, sandpit, outdoor shower and barbecue, above-ground swimming pool right by Trutnov and famous trails (TT), in an area sought after by bikers with a varied network of natural trails directly from the property under the ridge of the Jestřebí mountains, with an OUTDOOR TERRACE, 30 km from Ratibořice with a castle, park and mill, 18 km from the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks and 5 km from Trutnov.

In the house on the ground floor: entrance hall (shoe rack, coat rack), lounge with exit to the outdoor terrace, with kitchen and dining area (fully equipped kitchen, hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, LCD TV+SAT, tables, chairs, highchair, 2x sofa bed - extra bed), bathroom (2x shower, 2x sink), separate toilet, staircase to the first floor.

On the first floor: 1x quadruple bedroom (2x single bed, 1x double bed), 1x quadruple bedroom (2x single bed, 1x double bed) - both quadruple bedrooms with balcony, 1x double bedroom (double bed), separate toilet with sink and washing machine. Heating: electric.
