Relax in this centrally located quiet space. A comfortable, fully equipped and ideal apartment for a holiday immersed in nature in the beating heart of the Aniene Valley: the ancient medieval village of Subiaco.
The apartment is equipped with methane gas, so it is very comfortable to stay there even in the middle of winter... you can warm up in this house enriched by many ancient details but with the comforts of a modern home equipped with wifi and smart TV!

APARTMENT'S RULES:

- Final cleaning costs of €45 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 20 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment + € 15 for each set of linen.

- One pet is allowed to stay at a time with an addition of € 30 for final cleaning to be left in cash at checkout.

- LATE CHECKIN: FROM 20.00 TO 22.00 A FEE OF € 30, plus € 10 per hour until 7 am, will be requested.
